Sales Support

Summary

Responsible for the support of the division by driving all lead generation and tracking efforts, marketing efforts, and data analysis to help with the continued growth and needs of the division.

Essential duties and responsibilities (Required Competency):

  • Enter, track, and provide follow-up support for division on all samples
  • Responsible for pricing integrity including price quotes, price increases, and price decreases
  • Lead generations and tracking of all leads through Hubspot
  • Communicate tradeshow needs/promotional items of the division to Supply Chain; prepare and pack the booth for the show
  • Manage data entry and tracking for all leads generated from tradeshows
  • Manage call reports for division
  • Manage first time sales kits for division
  • Coordinate lunch and learns for division
  • Manage inquires and website content for division through WordPress
  • Manage relationship between division and Knowmad (3rd party marketing firm)
  • Assist in developing videos, PowerPoints, brochures and sales presentations
  • Assist with the naming of new commercialized products
  • Evaluate competitors and market conditions
  • Monitor competitive products and provide continuous gap analysis through market research
  • Perform market research based on sales, customers, and lab requests

Special Projects:

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • College degree in a business related field or 2+ years of Marketing experience is preferred, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Working experience in HubSpot is preferred
  • Must be Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

  • Database training
  • Hubspot training

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged sitting and use of computer with repetitive hand and finger motion.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit (90%) and occasionally stand or walk (10%)
  • The employee is occasionally expected to lift, move and carry material weighing up to 10-15 lbs.
