100% Solids Coatings

With low solids coatings, much of what’s contained in that can of paint you buy is destined to evaporate. Low solids coatings are largely made up of solvents, which exist only to make the actual coating easier to apply. 100 Percent solids coatings, on the other hand, have been engineered to be applied without the help of a solvent.

Abrasion Resistant Coatings

Specially formulated to protect structures in industrial settings against corrosion, damage and wear brought about by several factors like heat, moisture, pH, electrochemical potentials and others.

  • The ability of the coating to resist wearing due to contact with another surface. Wearing occurs when a hard rough surface slides across a softer surface.

Adhesives

Riteks can supply not only the adhesives, but work with you to make sure you have the RITE ADHESIVE, we make sure the dry time, spread rate, and strength all work to improve product quality and production process so you won’t get stuck with problems but solutions.

Barrier Coatings

Forms an insulating and physical barrier, thus stopping the contact of corrosive elements, such as the electrolyte, with the substrate.

Consulting

We can help evaluate your coatings programs. Sharing experiences, technologies, specifications, and methods.  The goal is to improve efficiencies, increase production, performance, and reduce cost per square.

Corrosion Control

Coatings systems designed to protect assets in almost any environment from irreversible damage or destruction due to chemical or electrochemical reaction caused by rusting. It is estimated by NACE that global Corrosion cost 2.5 trillion dollars annually.

Corrosion Resistant Coatings

Protect metal components against degradation due to moisture, salt spray, oxidation or exposure to a variety of environmental or industrial chemicals.

Customized Coating Systems

Reduce overall cost, ease application, increase performance, and extend redcoat cycle of an asset. Reduce labor and carbon foot print. Not all job sites have the same needs, locations, environmental regulations, and budgets. Specifications can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual project and goals of the customer while not compromising the protection of the assets. Specifications that can increase production, cost and time while reducing environmental impact such as VOC, HAPS, blast media, and wasted disposal.

Eco-Friendly, Low VOC, Low HAPS, no voc, no haps

Systems that are low in Volatile Organic Compounds, Hazardous Air Pollutants EPA friendly, and doesn’t require harmful thinners etc.

FDA Compliant

Coatings that are not regulated by the Food & Drug Administration, but they comply with the regulations as stated in the appropriate CFR’s (Code of Federal Regulations).

Floor Coatings

Concrete sealing, chemical protection, repair, self-leveling, and decorative flowing systems.

Formulator Development

Riteks can help develop or modify products to perform for your needs, faster dry time, longer re-coat time are just a few examples .

Green Coatings

Having a low level of VOCs, HAPS, long term between maintenance reducing carbon footprint while protecting assets.

Hi Temperature Coatings

Used in a variety of industries and markets to prevent corrosion of steel subjected to extreme temperatures while in service

Hydrophobic Coatings

Same as Superhydrophobic

Low HAPs

Low volumes of Hazardous Air Pollutants

  • Chemicals that predicted to cause cancer or other serious health issues such as reproduction system, congenital anomalies or to the environment.

Low VOC Coatings

Low volumes Volatile Organic Compounds

  • The amount of volatile organic compounds in grams per 1 liter of liquid organic coating

Metal Coatings

Protection for steel, aluminum, galvanized, and stainless steel protection.

Nanotechnology Based Coatings

These types of coatings contain nanocomposite systems that increase abrasion, adhesion, fracture resistance, impact resistance, ice resistance, static, thermal, electromagnetic, and repellency. Creating an extremely durable protective layer.

Print Receptive Coatings

Is applied to a wide variety of films, including: nylon, PET and OPP. Price receptive coatings are usually primers applied to a substrate to host various types of inks.

Protective & Marine Coatings

Protecting barges, tugs, offshore vessels, offshore platforms, Naval facilities, docks, and structures on the water.

Smart Protective Coatings

Products that are being developed with NANO, Superhydrophobic, Self-healing, and new generation cure technology. These characteristics provide better adhesion, durability, self-cleaning, UV protection, extending the life of an asset, and cost of maintaining such an asset.

Superhydrophobic Coatings

Is a nanoscopic surface layer that repels water. Droplets hitting this kind of coating can fully rebound in the shape of a column or a pancake.

UV Coatings

Liquid coating applied to surface and cured by ultraviolet light.
