Oil Drilling Beads (Fine Grade) – Mechanical Lubricant, Spherical Glass Beads

Oil Drilling Fine Grade glass beads are designed for oil drilling mud applications to reduce friction and torque within deviated holes. These solid glass spheres act as tiny ball bearings to reduce friction and reduce differential pressure. The glass beads are a transparent, solid soda Lime glass, free of pits and excess air bubbles. The glass beads are chemically inert and do not affect the chemical characteristics of the mud system.

Oil Drilling Beads (Coarse Grade) – Mechanical Lubricant, Spherical Glass Beads

Oil Drilling Coarse Grade glass beads are designed for oil drilling mud applications to reduce friction and torque within deviated holes. These solid glass spheres act as tiny ball bearings to reduce friction and reduce differential pressure. The glass beads are a transparent, solid soda Lime glass, free of pits and excess air bubbles. The glass beads are chemically inert and do not affect the chemical characteristics of the mud system.

RadiLift Acrylic Fiber – Hole-Cleaning Fiber

Next Generation Sweeping Agent used as a hole-cleaning agent, designed to cost effectively increase the carrying capacity of drilling fluids, in both vertical and horizontal wells, without significantly altering rheological properties. RadiLift is composed of synthetic fibers, which are stable at higher temperature applications, non-corrosive and chemically inert.

Solubond Fibers – Acid Soluble Lost Circulation Fibers

Solubond Fibers are an Innovative fiber technology that functions as an acid soluble Lost Circulation Material (LCM) and sweep material for drilling. These fibers have been manufactured to offer increased circulation by bridging and plugging off voids, fractures, and all types of permeable formations. Solubond Fibers are compatible with all oil and water based muds and emulsions, completion fluids, as well as fracturing fluid applications. These fibers are inert to drilling fluids and cement, noncorrosive to equipment, while maintaining high-solubility in diluted hydrochloric acid (HCl) & formic acid (HF).

Riteks VAE Redispersible Powders – Powdered Latex Fluid Loss Additive

Riteks VAE-RS powders are water redispersible vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer powders that are readily dispersible in water and form stable emulsions to impart excellent fluid loss for fluids. These powders give enhanced gas migration control to cement slurries, with a minute effect on extending slurry set times. They help in reducing permeability with improved particle-to-particle bonding, improved cement durability during perforation and increased cement longevity. VAE-RS powders also provide improved adhesion, flexural and tensile strength, abrasion resistance, water retention, plasticity and workability.

Riteks RFL-70X – Powdered Latex Fluid Loss Additive

RFL-70X is a cementing additive that controls flow and fluid loss properties at bottom-hole circulating temperatures up to 210°F (99°C). Typical loading levels of up to 1 percent is normally sufficient at temperatures between 75°F and 200°F (24°C to 93°C) to help reduce fluid loss to 50cc. At temperatures up to 350°F (177°C), this additive can also provide free water control, chemical resistance, shear bonding properties, and thermal shock reduction.

Riteks RFL-4 – Viscosifying Fluid Loss Additive

Riteks RFL-4 is a High Viscosity Fluid Loss Polymer that is easily dispersed and dissolved to produce solutions of varying viscosities. Riteks RFL-4 is used as a viscosifying fluid loss additive that provides consistent results, viscosity, water retention, and suspension additive. Riteks RFL-4 is a free-flowing, granular powder that dissolves readily in water to give clear, smooth solutions, which exhibit a pseudoplastic flow behavior.

Riteks RCR-200 – Drilling Fluid Deflocculant / Dispersant

Riteks RCR-200 is an environmentally friendly deflocculant / dispersant that is used to control thermal gelation while stabilizing rheological properties in water based fluids. It is effective over broad pH ranges and mud types and particularly efficient in lowering PV's in high temperature, high density fluids with bottom-hole circulating temperatures (BHCTs) up to 220°F (104.4°C) and can withstand static temperatures up to 260°F (126.7°C).

PREMag B – Drill-In Fluid pH Buffer

PREMag B pH buffer is used to provide alkalinity for all water based systems and is compatible with freshwater, brines, and brine polymer systems. PREMag B pH buffer will dissolve in water as pH drifts in fluids, and raise the pH of an aqueous system to 10.3. PREMag B pH buffer can be safer and less costly to use than caustic soda, especially in drill-in fluids.

Magnesite 33 – Acid Soluble Weighting Agent

Magnesite 33 is a magnesium carbonate powder ground from naturally-occurring magnesite ore that offers positive results as an acid-soluble weighting agent and pH buffer in drilling fluids.
