RITEKS OILFIELD SOLUTIONS
The high fiber count lost circulation material that becomes part of the cement.
Lost circulation doesn't wait for a convenient moment. When returns disappear into a naturally fractured or porous formation, every barrel pumped away is cost, time, and well integrity going with it.
RadiLock™ was born as a mechanical property improver for cement. In the field it proved to be more: a high fiber count lost circulation material field tested and proven to heal and plug naturally fractured or porous formations, while creating a chemical bond within the cement matrix that strengthens the sheath it leaves behind.
Most LCMs bridge a gap and stop there. RadiLock bonds to the cement and becomes part of the matrix. One additive, two jobs: heal the formation, strengthen the cement.

This precursor to carbon fiber creates a chemical bond within the cement matrix, which:
It behaves in the slurry, too. RadiLock has little effect on rheology and viscosity, bridges gaps, and aids suspension. Its neutral buoyancy means it doesn't float or sink while mixing, for uniform dispersion.
| Application | Seepage | Moderate | Severe |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spacer (lb/bbl) | ½–¾ | 1 | 2 |
| Cement slurry (lb/sack) | ⅛ | ¼ | ½ |
| Mechanical enhancement (lb/sack) | ½–1 | ||
Estimates for planning only. Confirm loadings with Riteks engineering for your slurry design and well conditions.
For the toughest loss zones, RadiLock pairs with Riteks Sealing Spacers: the fiber heals the formation while the spacer seals it, protecting the barrier for the life of the well.
