These solid glass spheres act as tiny ball bearings to reduce friction and reduce differential pressure. The glass beads are a transparent, solid soda Lime glass, free of pits and excess air bubbles. The glass beads are chemically inert and do not affect the chemical characteristics of the mud system.

Riteks CSE-6 is high-reactivity metakaolin pozzolan produced by thermal activation of high purity kaolin clay within a specific temperature range that meets or exceeds all of the specifications of ASTM C-618 Class N pozzolans. Riteks CSE-6 reacts with free lime produced during hydration of cement and produces additional cementitious material. Unlike other pozzolanic materials, CSE-6 was developed to maintain high reactivity, ultrafine particle size distribution and product consistency.
Riteks MS Spacer is a customizable spacer that is applicable in remedial, primary, and loss circulation situations. Riteks RSP-4D is a powdered surfactant for use in cement spacers, chemical washes, and drilling fluids. This product provides water wetting tendencies to enhance the cleanout of oil substrates through an ultra-low interfacial tension, helps leave the pipe and formation in a water-wet condition, and is applicable over a wide temperature range. We developed RSP-4D to improve the efficiencies in dosing and to allow a true ‘on-the-fly’ spacer or chemical wash system, in combination with Riteks MS Spacer. Riteks RSP-4D surfactant acts as a degreaser, provides water wetting properties, promotes cement bonding, and helps to assure rheological compatibility in between oil-based (OBM) or synthetic-based (SBM) muds and the spacer. Riteks RFL-9 is a dispersing and retarding fluid loss additive for all API classes of cement. Riteks RFL-9 is an effective fluid loss additive in primary, remedial, and squeeze cementing, and can be used in bottom hole circulating temperatures (BHCT’s) between 60° and 300°F (15.5°and 149°C). WC 360 is a specialized organic coagulant blend that effectively removes contaminants across a wide variety of waste streams. This product has proven results in clarifying oily industrial wastewater and oilfield wastewaters such as fouled produced, drilling, and flow-back fluids. WC 360 affords advantages including improved clarification via large pin flocs and creation of substantially less sludge compared to traditional inorganic metal-based coagulants- and typically at much lower dose rates, making it economical. WC 360 is effective across the broad pH range so it can enhance dissolved metals removal.
SC-607 inhibits calcium carbonate and barium sulphate scale formation in oilfield applications when the water produced is recycled. The formula's special blend of additives gives a "best in class" performance in the presence of high Iron levels and TDS conditions. There is also stability in temperatures up to 400ºF. Independent lab testing at saturation indices of >2.3 for calcite, barite, and siderite has shown 100% inhibition.
SC-608 deposit control agent is a barium sulphate scale inhibitor for high temperature oilfield applications (up to 400F). The formula achieves "best in class" performance with the independent polymer chemistry lab testing. SC-608 works best in applications with high barite & calcite saturation indices and the presence of Iron and other metals.
SC-402W is for oilfield systems with potential for Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulphate, Barium Sulphate, and Iron based scales. Advanced polymer chemistry affords scale inhibition in the most challenging environments of high TDS, elevated temperatures (> 180 C), alkaline pH levels (> 9.0), and high levels of Iron (> 100 ppm). SC-402W has proven to achieve "best in class" performance in both field and lab evaluations vs numerous competing products. It is winterized with methanol for freeze protection to -40C.
