GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The RiLOCK™ family of Hardeners comprises a series of specially engineere additives designed to be seamlessly mixed with and pumped in conjunction with the RiLOCK™ base resin systems. Adding hardener to the base resin initiates the curing process that ultimately results in the formation of a robust, solidified flow barrier of cured RiLOCK™ Resin within the wellbore, pipe, or formation. The hardeners help develop enhanced mechanical integrity, superior chemical resistance, and long-term thermal stability, making it ideal for demanding downhole environments. The comprehensive performance characteristics of the RiLOCK™ hardeners ensure reliable zonal isolation and durability throughout the life of the well.

APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS- H2095: Recommended for “flash set” applications
- H2023: Recommended for temperatures below 100°F
- H2102: Recommended for temperatures from 40°F to 150°F
- H2102/H2030 (1:1 combination): Recommended for temperatures from 151°F to 200°F
- H2030: Recommended for temperatures above 200°F
