RiLOCK™ is an epoxy resin system optimized for oilfield applications. RiLOCK™ resin can be mixed and pumped into wells to harden into a durable, resilient barrier seal for long-term well integrity by providing mechanical integrity, chemical resistance, and thermal stability. RiLOCK™ can be effectively designed for a temperature range of 40 to 300°F and a density range of 7 to 19 ppg.

APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS
APPLICATIONS
APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS
Create barriers for plug and abandonment operations
Seal gas leaks and leaking production packers
Plug control lines, valves, and wellheads
Perform remedial squeeze jobs
Shut off water flows and consolidate gravel packs
Repair weak and permeable formations
Ideal for primary work where chemical resistance and seal integrity are paramount
FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS
Thinner formulation allows the resin to be squeezed deeper into a microannulus or leak to create a stronger seal
Once set, it is impermeable for long-term durability
It is water immiscible (will not dilute or mix with water) and has the ability to fall through aqueous fluids
Outperforms conventional Portland cement for compressive strength, tensile strength, shear bonding, chemical stability, and resistance
Low rheology ensures that resin can be easily mixed and pumped using conventional oilfield equipment
Can be drilled out with standard oilfield drill bits and can withstand perforation
