GENERAL DESCRIPTION
RiLOCK™ TCP-1 is a Riteks 1 Bag (R1B) solution designed to prepare Portland cement to effectively accept RiLOCK™ TufCem Resin resin. RiLOCK™ TufCem Resin is a specially formulated resin uniquely engineered for cement systems.
RiLOCK™ TCP-1 is, in most cases, the only dry additive required to condition the cement system and enable the formation of a uniform resin-in-cement slurry. The product enhances compatibility between cement and resin, controls immiscibility challenges, and promotes stable slurry performance.

APPLICATIONS & BENEFITSRiLOCK™ TCP-1 is recommended for use in Portland cement systems requiring incorporation of RiLOCK™ TufCem Resin to create a resin-modified cement slurry. It is suitable for primary and remedial cementing applications where enhanced compatibility, fluid loss control, and rheological stability are required.
The product is designed for use in slurry systems with bottomhole circulating temperatures up to 300°F (149°C)
