GENERAL DESCRIPTION
RiSpot-1 is used in oil-based drilling mud to form a very effective spotting fluid or soak solution. RiSpot-1 assists the spotting fluid in penetrating and cracking the water-based mud filter cake. The result is that the lubricating solution equalizes differential pressure rapidly, lowers friction, and reduces the forces necessary to free differentially stuck pipe.

APPLICATIONS & BENEFITSTreatment Rate, Typical: RiSpot-1 is easy to use and effective in low concentrations. Recommended mixing rate is 24 liters per m3 of spotting fluid.
Handling: RiSpot-1 is considered a combustible liquid and is mildly corrosive, thus, requires precautions in handling and/or use. SDS sheets should be reviewed prior to handling.
