Accelerators

    Calcium Chloride Accelerators

    • AdvanSet

      Riteks AdvanSet™ is an accelerating admixture designed to advance the normal set time of concrete. This calcium chloride based admixture is multi purpose as it improves workability, compressive and flexural strengths. This material is compatible with all of the Riteks admixtures including the high range and mid range water reducers.

    Non-Chloride Accelerators

    • AdvanSet NC

      Riteks AdvanSet™ NC is a is a non-chloride, water-reducing accelerator for concrete. It promotes higher early and ultimate strengths; especially in concrete exposed to temperatures below freez-ing. Concrete placed in colder weather with AdvanSet NC is able to maintain normal set times without the introduction of chloride-bearing components. AdvanSet NC is recommended for use in: precast, site cast, and all other steel reinforced concrete.

    Air Entrainers

    • A-Train FF

      A-Train FF is a specialty solution of selected surfactants for use as an Admixture for Cellular and Pre-Foamed Lightweight Concrete and for use as a Synthetic Air Entraining Admixture for Concrete. When used with a Foam Generator and a suitable water supply, A-Train FF produces a consistent pre-foam that is stable under alkaline conditions and suitable for use in the production of foamed concrete. Foamed concrete is the industry term used for the product produced by the controlled addition of a pre-foam to a cement grout or sand/cement mortar. A range of densities can be produced, typically from 20 to 100 lb/ft³. Foamed concrete is lightweight and highly mobile, able to flow for long distances under its own hydraulic head, and is an ideal material for uses such as void filling, roof screeds and trench reinstatement

    • A-Train PR

      Riteks A-Train™ PR is an admixture for entraining air in concrete. A-Train PR introduces millions of uniformly sized spaced air voids throughout the concrete mixture and has been proven to be far more resistant to freezing and thawing than plain concrete. A-Train PR in hardened concrete reduces permeability and enhances the resistance to surface deterioration caused by de-icing chemicals.

    • A-Train VR

      Riteks A-Train™ VR is a concentrated neutralized vinsol resin admixture for entraining air in concrete. A-Train VR will increase resistance to damage from cyclic freeze/thawing and scaling from deicing salts and will improve plasticity and workability.

    • FloFill P

      Riteks FloFill™ P is a dry powdered material that aids in producing a highly flowable and volume stable flowable fill mixture also known as controlled low strength material (CLSM), controlled density fill (CDF) and low strength mortar (LSM). The use of FloFIll P results in improved flowability while reducing the amount of mix water required to obtain a flowable mix.

      Riteks FloFill™ P aids in the placement of CLSM by creating a high flowing mix that easily consolidates around structures and efficiently fills voids without the need for additional compaction. The use of FloFill P produces CLSM that is volume stable and less prone to shrinkage. It eliminates segregation, lowers densities and improves pumpability. The use of accelerating admixtures in conjunction with FloFill P can allow for CLSM to gain strength faster.

      • Fusion Synthetic Macro Fiber Blend

        FUSION™ Synthetic Macro Blended Fibers are manufactured from a blend of 100% virgin polyolefin resins. FUSION™ Fibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete”, ASTM D7508/D7508M “Standard Specification for Polyolefin Chopped Strands for use in Concrete”, and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement and 3.1.2 for shrinkage and temperature reinforcement.

      • Omega II

        The carbon steel fibers in OMEGA™ II meet the requirements of ASTM A820/A820M, Type II “Standard Specification for Steel Fibers for Fiber Reinforced Concrete” and are approved for use in composite metal deck systems by the Steel Deck Institute.

      • Omega V

        The carbon steel fibers in OMEGA™ V meet the requirements of ASTM A820/A820M, Type V “Standard Specification for Steel Fibers for Fiber Reinforced Concrete” and are approved for use in composite metal deck systems by the Steel Deck Institute.

      • Omega V Blend

        The carbon steel fibers in OMEGA™ Blend V meet the requirements of ASTM A820/A820M, Type V “Standard Specification for Steel Fibers for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and SPECTER™ meets the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement.

PERFORMAX™ HT Synthetic Macro Fibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber- Reinforced Concrete” and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement and 3.1.2 for shrinkage and temperature reinforcement.

        PLEXUS™ 44F Synthetic Macrofibers are high tensile fibers manufactured from a blend of 100% virgin polyolefin resins. FABPRO’s PLEXUS™ Macrofibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specifiction for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete”.

      • Plexus 54F

        PLEXUS™ 54F Synthetic Macrofibers are high tensile fibers manufactured from a blend of 100% virgin polyolefin resins. FABPRO’s PLEXUS™ Macrofibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete”.

      • Genesis XF

      • Ny-Lok

        NY-LOK™ Nylon Fibers meet therequirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement.

      • Specter

        SPECTER™ Monofilament Fibers are manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. SPECTER™ Fibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber Reinforced Concrete”, ASTM D7508/D7508M “Standard Specification for Polyolefin Chopped Strands for use in Concrete”, and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement.

      • Specter HP

        SPECTER™ HP Synthetic Micro Fibers are manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. SPECTER™ HP Fibers meet the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber- Reinforced Concrete” and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement.

      Rheology Control

      • Riteks ES-2000

        ES-2000 is specially formulated for cost efficient production of concrete masonry and pipe units. It has the ability to aid in the dispersion of cement particles to promote better early strengths. Masonry and pipe units manufactured using ES-2000 have a better appearance (medium to heavy swipe depending on materials) and are less abrasive on mold equipment.

      • Riteks VMA-42

        Riteks VMA 42 is a viscosity modifying admixture designed to enable the production of self-compacting concrete. When added to the mix, concrete treated with Riteks VMA 42 is more stable and resistant to segregation.

      • Slump Retain 240

        Riteks Slump Retain 240 is a revolutionary new technology based on significant advances in the admixture industry. When used as part of an admixture system, it provides slump retention without retardation. Slump Retain 240 gives the concrete producer the ability to immediately create the ideal admixture system for fluctuating regional raw materials, environmental conditions and project requirements.

      Set Retarders and Hydration Control

        Hydration Stabilizers

        • HydraStop

          Riteks HydraStop™ is a hydration stabilizer which helps maintain slump and proper set times of freshly produced concrete over extended haul times and increased ambient temperatures. Hydra-Stop is used to offset issues caused by extended haul times, excess drum revolutions or the effects of temperature and time.

          HydraStop is especially helpful in the summer months when hydration is accelerated due to higher ambient and mix temperatures. HydraStop aids in controlling concrete temperature when a maximum mix temperature is specified. Concrete performance properties are maintained while exceeding the requirements of ASTM, AASHTO and CRD specifications.

        Water Reducing Retarders

        • SYAD 40

          Riteks SYAD™40 is a set retarding water reducing multi-component admixture for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of concrete while providing control over the set time. SYAD 40 improves pumpability of concrete and is especially beneficial during hot weather concreting operations when control of setting time and maintenance of placeable consistency are essential. SYAD 40 provides superior finishability on all flatwork and pre-cast surfaces.

        Retarders

        • SYAD 75

          Riteks SYAD™ 75 is a retarding admixture recommended for all concrete where extended setting characteristics, particularly in hot weather are desired. SYAD 75 delays time of set to accommodate long haul times, or facilitate placement and finishing during hot weather concreting.

        Water Reducers

          • EvoTek 2000

            EvoTek 2000 is a normal setting multi-range water-reducing admixture for concrete utilizing polycarboxylate technology. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready-mixed concrete that is highly flowable and workable for extended periods of time with normal setting characteristics.

          • EvoTek 3000

            Riteks EvoTek™ 3000 is a high-range water-reducing (HRWR) admixture based on the next generation of polycarboxylate technology. EvoTek 3000 is designed for use in ready mix, pre-cast and Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) applications. EvoTek 3000 is ready-to-use and provides excellent early compressive strength, faster setting strengths and fluidity in mix designs with substantially reduced water content in both plastic and hardened concrete.

          • EvoTek 3015

            Riteks EvoTek™ 3015 is an economical high-range water-reducing (HRWR) admixture based on polycarboxylate technology. EvoTek 3015 is especially suitable for ready mix, pre-cast, SCC and mix designs containing fly ash or pozzolonic material. EvoTek 3015 is ready-to-use and provides excellent early compressive strength, faster setting strengths and fluidity in plastic and hardened concrete.

          • EvoTek 4000

            Riteks EvoTek™ 4000 is a high-range water-reducing (HRWR) admixture based on the next generation of polycarboxylate technology. EvoTek 4000 is designed for use in ready mix, precast, Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) applications and for aggregate with high clay content. EvoTek 4000 is ready-to-use and provides excellent early compressive strength, faster setting strengths and fluidity in mix designs with substantially reduced water content with improved properties in both plastic and hardened concrete.

          • EvoTek 5000

            Riteks EvoTek™ 5000 is a revolutionary new technology based on significant advances in the admixture industry.           • EvoTek 7000

            Riteks EvoTek™ 7000 is a high-range water-reducing (HRWR) admixture based on the next generation of polycarboxylate technology. EvoTek 7000 is designed for use in precast, ready-mix and Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) applications.           • EvoTek 7015

            Riteks EvoTek™ 7015 is a high-range water-reducing admixture utilizing new and superior polycarboxylate technology for concrete. EvoTek 7015 is ideally suited for ready mix and self consolidating concrete mixes.

          • FloTek 1225

            Riteks FloTek™ 1225 is a normal setting water-reducing admixture for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of concrete while providing control over set time. FloTek 1225 is also a set retarding admixture beneficial during hot weather concreting operations when control of setting time and maintenance of placeable consistency are essential.

          • FloTek 1240

            Riteks FloTek™ 1240 is a normal setting water-reducing admixture for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of concrete while providing control over set time. FloTek 1240 is especially beneficial during hot weather concreting operations when control of setting time and maintenance of placeable consistency are essential.

          Mid-Range Water Reducers

          • NexCrete 1200

            Riteks NexCrete™ 1200 is a non-chloride mid-range water-reducing concrete admixture. NexCrete 1200 is designed to offer: Superior workability and finishability, increased compressive and flexural strength (both initial and ultimate) with lower water-cement ratio and normal set times throughout the whole dosage range. NexCrete 1200 does not contain calcium chloride or any chloride-based components. It will not promote or contribute to corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete.

          • NexCrete 1210

            Riteks NexCrete™ 1210 is a mid-range water-reducing (MRWR) admixture for concrete utilizing polycarboxylate technology. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready-mixed concrete that is highly flowable and workable for extended periods of time with normal setting characteristics. NexCrete 1210 is ideally suited for use in self consolidating concrete (SCC) mixes.

          • NexCrete 1310

            Riteks NexCrete™ 1310 is an economical mid-range water-reducing (MRWR) admixture based on polycarboxylate technology. NexCrete 1310 is especially suitable for ready mix, pre-cast, Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) and mix designs containing fly ash or pozzolonic material. NexCrete 1310 is ready-to-use and provides excellent early compressive strength, faster setting strengths & fluidity in plastic hardened concrete.

          • NexCrete 1410

            Riteks NexCrete™ 1410 is a next generation polycarboxylate mid-range water reducer designed for use in ready-mix concrete. NexCrete 1410 provides superior workability to concrete mix design at substantially reduced water content. NexCrete 1410 has enhanced slump retention and shows improved compressive plus late age strengths in comparison to commonly used Type A water reducers. NexCrete 1410 can also be used for high range water reducing applications.

          • NexCrete 1610

            Riteks NexCrete™ 1610 is a normal setting multi-range water-reducing admixture for concrete utilizing polycarboxylate technology. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready mixed concrete that is highly flowable and workable for extended periods of time with normal setting characteristics. By varying the dosage rate, Nexcrete 1610 can be used as a normal, mid-range and high-range water-reducing admixture

          • NexCrete 1710

            Riteks NexCrete™ 1710 is a ready-to-use mid-range water-reducing (MRWR) admixture designed for use in ready-mix concrete. Based on the next generation of polycarboxylate technology, NexCrete 1710 provides excellent early compressive strength, faster setting time characteristics and provides fluidity in mix designs with substantially reduced water content Nexcrete 1710 shows improved compressive strengths in comparison to commonly used Type A water reducers.

            WATERPEL-S is a unique multi-component, liquid water repellant admixture based on a new technology that exhibits superior performance versus conventional water repellents.

            WATERPEL-S provides long-lasting resistance to water penetration by reacting to form a very effective water resistant network throughout manufactured concrete products.

            WATERPEL-S, when incorporated properly in concrete masonry units, will provide superior water repellency performance based on NCMA TEK 19, spray bar test and ASTM E514 wind driven rain test.

          • Riteks WATERPEL-S25

            WATERPEL-S25 is a unique multi-component, liquid water repellant admixture based on a new technology that exhibits superior performance versus conventional water repellents.
