Riteks CSE-6 – High-Quality Pozzolanic Additive for Cement

CSE-6, Riteks Compressive Strength Enhancer, is a versatile additive designed to increase the compressive strength of oilfield cement systems. Unlike traditional strength enhancers that are incorporated directly into cement blends, CSE-6 functions as a true additive, allowing it to be easily included during slurry design. When added at concentrations between 3% and 10% BWOC, CSE-6 reacts with the free lime produced during cement hydration to form additional cementitious material. Riteks RSP-4D – Dry Surfactant Package for Oilfield Use

Riteks RSP-4D is a blend of surfacants delivered in powder form to be used in cement spacers, chemical washes, and drilling fluids as a water wetting agent. Riteks RSP-4D is added to the spacer pill to enhance the cleanout of oil substrate through an ultra-low interfacial tension, helps leave the pipe and formation in a waterwet condition, and is applicable over a wide temperature range. It was developed to improve the efficiencies in dosing and to allow a true ‘on-the-fly’ spacer or chemical wash system, in combination with Riteks MS Spacer. Riteks RSP-4D surfacent acts as a degreaser, provides water wetting properties, promotes cement bonding, and helps to assure rheological compatibility in between oil based (OBM) or synthetic-based (SBM) muds and the spacer.

Riteks RFL-9 – Dispersing Fluid Loss Additive

RFL-9 is a dispersing and retarding fluid loss additive designed for use across all API cement classes. This versatile additive delivers effective fluid loss control in primary, remedial, and squeeze cementing applications, with reliable performance at bottom hole circulating temperatures (BHCT) ranging from 60°F to 300°F (15.5°C to 149°C). Its dispersing nature helps lower Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD), alleviates surface equipment horsepower requirements, and works well in water-sensitive formations. RFL-9 can also impart thixotropy to slurries containing certain synthetic retarders, providing additional design flexibility.

Riteks WC-360 – High Performance Organic Coagulant

WC 360 is a specialized organic coagulant blend that effectively removes contaminants across a wide variety of waste streams. This product has proven results in clarifying oily industrial wastewater and oilfield wastewaters such as fouled produced, drilling, and flow-back fluids. WC 360 affords advantages including improved clarification via large pin flocs and creation of substantially less sludge compared to traditional inorganic metal-based coagulants- and typically at much lower dose rates, making it economical. WC 360 is effective across the broad pH range so it can enhance dissolved metals removal.

Riteks SC-607 – Calcium Carbonate Scale Inhibitors

SC-607 inhibits calcium carbonate and barium sulphate scale formation in oilfield applications when the water produced is recycled. The formula's special blend of additives gives a "best in class" performance in the presence of high Iron levels and TDS conditions. There is also stability in temperatures up to 400ºF. Independent lab testing at saturation indices of >2.3 for calcite, barite, and siderite has shown 100% inhibition.

Riteks SC-608 – Barium Sulfate Scale Inhibitor

SC-608 deposit control agent is a barium sulphate scale inhibitor for high temperature oilfield applications (up to 400F). The formula achieves "best in class" performance with the independent polymer chemistry lab testing. SC-608 works best in applications with high barite & calcite saturation indices and the presence of Iron and other metals.

Riteks SC-402W – Polymer Blend Scale Inhibitor

SC-402W is for oilfield systems with potential for Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulphate, Barium Sulphate, and Iron based scales. Advanced polymer chemistry affords scale inhibition in the most challenging environments of high TDS, elevated temperatures (> 180 C), alkaline pH levels (> 9.0), and high levels of Iron (> 100 ppm). SC-402W  has proven to achieve "best in class" performance in both field and lab evaluations vs numerous competing products. It is winterized with methanol for freeze protection to -40C.

Riteks SC-605 – Iron Sulfide / Scale / Corrosion Inhibitor

Riteks SC-605 uses a proprietary blend of proven high performance additives to achieve a unique combination of Iron fouling control, scale inhibition and reduced corrosion in oilfield fluid systems. Both lab and field use have shown excellent results in the prevention of Iron Sulfide and Iron Oxide deposits, with higher dose levels achieving dissolution of such species and reduced emulsifying effects. The use of SC-605 has shown to improve oil recovery via preventing its incorporation into Iron Sulfide solids, and reduce or eliminate the need for surfactants & de-emulsifiers. In addition, Riteks SC-605 is an inhibitor of Calcium Carbonate and Barium Sulfate, and the presence of Iron and other metals does not affect it. It has exhibited excellent compatibility in high TDS brines and thermal stability to at least 300°F / 150°C.

Riteks SC-604 – Scale / CO2 / H2S Corrosion Inhibitor

Riteks SC-604 is an effective blend of specialized additives for oilfield systems that need single product treatment. The chemistry contained within is effective enough to inhibit corrosion from Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), and scale inhibition from Carbonate & Sulfate.
