Riteks SC-605 – Iron Sulfide / Scale / Corrosion Inhibitor

Riteks SC-605 uses a proprietary blend of proven high performance additives to achieve a unique combination of Iron fouling control, scale inhibition and reduced corrosion in oilfield fluid systems. Both lab and field use have shown excellent results in the prevention of Iron Sulfide and Iron Oxide deposits, with higher dose levels achieving dissolution of such species and reduced emulsifying effects. The use of SC-605 has shown to improve oil recovery via preventing its incorporation into Iron Sulfide solids, and reduce or eliminate the need for surfactants & de-emulsifiers. In addition, Riteks SC-605 is an inhibitor of Calcium Carbonate and Barium Sulfate, and the presence of Iron and other metals does not affect it. It has exhibited excellent compatibility in high TDS brines and thermal stability to at least 300°F / 150°C.

Riteks SC-604 – Scale / CO2 / H2S Corrosion Inhibitor

Riteks SC-604 is an effective blend of specialized additives for oilfield systems that need single product treatment. The chemistry contained within is effective enough to inhibit corrosion from Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), and scale inhibition from Carbonate & Sulfate.

RadiLift Acrylic Fiber – Hole-Cleaning Fiber

Next Generation Sweeping Agent used as a hole-cleaning agent, designed to cost effectively increase the carrying capacity of drilling fluids, in both vertical and horizontal wells, without significantly altering rheological properties. Synthetic fibers, which are stable at higher temperature applications, non-corrosive and chemically inert, make up RadiLift.

Solubond Fibers – Acid Soluble Lost Circulation Fibers

Solubond Fibers are an Innovative fiber technology that functions as an acid soluble Lost Circulation Material (LCM) and sweeps material for drilling. These fibers have been manufactured to offer increased circulation by bridging and plugging off voids, fractures, and all types of permeable formations. Solubond Fibers are compatible with all oil and water based muds and emulsions, completion fluids, as well as fracturing fluid applications. These fibers are inert to drilling fluids and cement, noncorrosive to equipment, while maintaining high-solubility in diluted hydrochloric acid (HCl) & formic acid (HF).

Riteks VAE Redispersible Powders – Powdered Latex Fluid Loss Additive

Riteks VAE-RS powders are water redispersible vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer powders that are readily dispersible in water and form stable emulsions to impart excellent fluid loss for fluids. These powders give enhanced gas migration control to cement slurries, with a minute effect on extending slurry set times. They help in reducing permeability with improved particle-to-particle bonding, improved cement durability during perforation and increased cement longevity. VAE-RS powders also provide improved adhesion, flexural and tensile strength, abrasion resistance, water retention, plasticity and workability.

Riteks RFL-70X – Powdered Latex Fluid Loss Additive

RFL-70X is a cementing additive that controls flow and fluid loss properties at bottom-hole circulating temperatures up to 210°F (99°C). Typical loading levels of up to 1 percent is normally sufficient at temperatures between 75°F and 200°F (24°C to 93°C) to help reduce fluid loss to 50cc. At temperatures up to 350°F (177°C), this additive can also provide free water control, chemical resistance, shear bonding properties, and thermal shock reduction.

Riteks RFL-4 – Viscosifying Fluid Loss Additive

Riteks RFL-4 is a high viscosity fluid loss polymer that easily disperses and dissolves to produce solutions of varying viscosities. It is a viscosifying fluid loss additive that provides consistent results, viscosity, water retention, and suspension additive. Riteks RFL-4 is a free-flowing, granular powder that dissolves readily in water to give clear, smooth solutions, which exhibit a pseudoplastic flow behavior. Riteks RFL-4 is ideal for circulating long columns of cement slurry on primary casing jobs and for deep liner cementing . It helps fluidity maintenance, premature dehydration elimination, and annular bridging prevention in tight annuls. Most additives used in cementing are compatible with Riteks RFL-4 and helps provide good frictional properties during displacement.

Riteks RCR-800 – Non-Lignin Cement Retarder

Riteks RCR-800 is a non-lignin cement retarder capable of retarding cement at temperatures between 80 - 220°F (20 - 105°C). This material is non-dispersing and is compatible in a wide range of additive combinations in API cements. This is an alternative to commonly used lignin retarders. It provides good strength development and can be used in a variety of situations such a water-extended slurries, long cement columns, or cooler temperatures. Predictable responses to changes in concentration and repeatable results has been shown. It has been proven effective in several API classes cements including Class G, Class H, Class A, Class C. Riteks RCR-200 – Drilling Fluid Deflocculant / Dispersant

Riteks RCR-200 is an environmentally friendly deflocculant / dispersant that is used to control thermal gelation while stabilizing rheological properties in water based fluids. It is effective over broad pH ranges and mud types and particularly efficient in lowering PV's in high temperature, high density fluids with bottom-hole circulating temperatures (BHCTs) up to 220°F (104.4°C) and can withstand static temperatures up to 260°F (126.7°C). RCR-200 is particularly useful in cements containing high gel percentages, and increased concentrations of RCR-200 enhance the predictability of cement thickening times.
