Riteks’ Oil Drilling Coarse GlassDrill Ball Bearings are designed to optimize drilling efficiency, especially in deviated holes where friction and torque can be problematic. These solid glass spheres act as micro ball bearings, forming a lubricating layer that significantly reduces friction between the drill string and the wellbore. The reduction in friction lowers the torque needed, resulting in smoother drilling and less equipment wear. Made from high-quality soda lime glass, the GlassDrill Ball Bearings are free of imperfections and are chemically inert, ensuring they do not alter the mud system's properties while enhancing overall drilling performance.
RiSeal Spacer MaxGuard-X: From the makers of MS Spacer, the oilfield’s superior sealing spacer, comes an all new mechanically enhanced sealing spacer, RiSeal Spacer MaxGuard-X (MGX). This spacer showcases an even higher affinity for temperature and pressure imparting it stability up to 400°F+ You should be able to get a similar PV/YP ~2 lb/bbl less loading than that of MS Spacer, rendering this already cost-effective sealing spacer even more cost effective. Your team will enjoy the upside of a favorable cost-per-performance with RiSeal Spacer MGX. DOWNLOAD TDS HERE!
RiSeal Spacer StreamLine-1: Riteks’ R&D Lab has been hard at work. Introducing the world’s first dual sealing spacer. This innovative design allows for lower ECD’s without compromising stability or seal. Besides its mechanical enhancements, StreamLine-1 (SL1) boasts an innovative secondary matrix that promotes sealing on a whole new level for unparalleled performance at temps up to 350oF+. Your team will benefit from a cost-effective performance advantage with Riteks Sealing Spacer SL1.
Riteks RCR-200 is an environmentally friendly deflocculant / dispersant that is used to control thermal gelation while stabilizing rheological properties in water based fluids. It is effective over broad pH ranges and mud types and particularly efficient in lowering PV's in high temperature, high density fluids with bottom-hole circulating temperatures (BHCTs) up to 220°F (104.4°C) and can withstand static temperatures up to 260°F (126.7°C). RCR-200 is particularly useful in cements containing high gel percentages, and increased concentrations of RCR-200 enhance the predictability of cement thickening times.
Arsenal-LCM is a multi-modal lost circulation material designed to strengthen formations, bridge fractures, and optimize well integrity. Compatible with muds, spacers, and cements, it delivers a clean, low-dust solution for loss prevention across a wide range of downhole conditions. Whether you're addressing partial or severe losses, Arsenal-LCM provides an efficient, "all-in-one-bag" solution to keep your operations moving.
Legion-LCM is a highly-efficient, multi-modal loss circulation material engineered to combat downhole losses across a broad range of applications. Legion-LCM is an effective bridging and sealing agent when used in conventional spacers and cement slurries, but added performance is witnessed when coupled with one of Riteks RiSeal™ Sealing Spacers. This specially formulated all-in-one single sack solution minimizes operational complexity, saves time, and provides superior down hole performance.
CSE-6, Riteks Compressive Strength Enhancer, is a versatile additive designed to increase the compressive strength of oilfield cement systems. Unlike traditional strength enhancers that are incorporated directly into cement blends, CSE-6 functions as a true additive, allowing it to be easily included during slurry design. When added at concentrations between 3% and 10% BWOC, CSE-6 reacts with the free lime produced during cement hydration to form additional cementitious material. This reaction significantly boosts compressive strength, making CSE-6 especially effective in water-extended slurries and in regulatory environments where high strength is a priority.
Introducing a new low temperature Ligno sulfonate retarder for oilfield cementing, RCR-150. This tried-and-true retarder offers exceptional control over the setting time of all grades of oilfield, and some construction grade cements, at low temperatures (< 220°F). With its industry standard formulation, it effectively delays the hydration process, ensuring safe and optimal cement placement. We invite you to discover why this formulation has gained so much popularity in our industry and see for yourself its exceptional benefits.
Riteks RSP-4D is a blend of surfacants delivered in powder form to be used in cement spacers, chemical washes, and drilling fluids as a water wetting agent. Riteks RSP-4D is added to the spacer pill to enhance the cleanout of oil substrate through an ultra-low interfacial tension, helps leave the pipe and formation in a waterwet condition, and is applicable over a wide temperature range. It was developed to improve the efficiencies in dosing and to allow a true ‘on-the-fly’ spacer or chemical wash system, in combination with Riteks MS Spacer. Riteks RSP-4D surfacent acts as a degreaser, provides water wetting properties, promotes cement bonding, and helps to assure rheological compatibility in between oil based (OBM) or synthetic-based (SBM) muds and the spacer.
RFL-9 is a dispersing and retarding fluid loss additive designed for use across all API cement classes. This versatile additive delivers effective fluid loss control in primary, remedial, and squeeze cementing applications, with reliable performance at bottom hole circulating temperatures (BHCT) ranging from 60°F to 300°F (15.5°C to 149°C). Its dispersing nature helps lower Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD), alleviates surface equipment horsepower requirements, and works well in water-sensitive formations. RFL-9 can also impart thixotropy to slurries containing certain synthetic retarders, providing additional design flexibility.
