RiteHeat RH100/RH101 is a low VOC air cured silicone coating for
industrial interior & exterior direct to metal applications requiring
excellent heat resistance, weathering, corrosion and water resistance.
Sufficient film build can be achieved with a single coat application.
Typical uses include; pipelines, steam lines, pumps, radiators, boilers,
exhaust stacks, storage tanks, etc., where max operating temperature
is 1200°F.

RiteHeat RH100/RH101 is designed to be spray applied using conventional, air-assisted, or airless spray with 0.010”–0.013” tips. Brush and roll applications can be used when necessary. During application, the substrate temperature must be 5 degrees above the dew point. Condensation due to substrate temperatures below the dew point can result in flash rusting on prepared steel and negatively impact adhesion to the substrate.
