APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS
Surface must be clean, dry, sound, and free of dirt, dust, grease, oils, residues, waxes, water, foreign particles, and any other contaminants that may interfere with coating adhesion and intimate contact with the substrate. Steel surface preparation should meet SSPC-SP6/NACE 3. Metal surface must be 5 degrees above the dew point temperature. RPSX Series is designed to be applied by airless spray @ 2500-4500 psi with 0.017-0.021 tips, brushed, or rolled. Pot life is 4 hours @ 75 degrees and significantly reduced at elevated temperatures. If reduced with thinner, pot life is extended.
