GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Riteks NexCrete HTX is a high-range water-reducing admixture utilizing new and superior polycarboxylate technology for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of concrete that is highly flowable and workable with greatly accelerated strength characteristics. NexCrete HTX is ideally suited for ready mix and self consolidating concrete mixes.

APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS
Mixing: NexCrete HTX should be used at a dose of 3 to 18 fl. oz. per 100 lbs. of cementitious to meet ASTM C494 Type A water-reducing and Type F high-range water-reducing admixture requirements. For self-consolidating concrete, consult your local Riteks technical service representative for aggregate analysis. Mix design: 700 lbs. (415 kg) Type III cement, 70°F (21°C), 27-inch slump, 5% air content, 7.0 oz./cwt., steam cured. Directions: Add with initial mixing water or final water at the end of batch sequence. Lower air entrainment (50–70%) may be observed compared to conventional high-range water reducers. Note: NexCrete HTX does not contain calcium chloride or chloride-based components and will not promote corrosion of reinforcing steel.

Compatability
Compatible with all types Portland cement, class C and F fly ash, silica fume, fibers, approved air entraining, and water-reducing admixtures. NexCrete HTX can be used in white, colored, and architectural concrete. For best results, each admixture must be introduced separately into the concrete mix.
