GENERAL DESCRIPTION
POLYCAST 806 is a specially formulated polycarboxylate admixture for cost efficient production of concrete masonry and pipe units. It has the ability to aid in the dispersion of cement particles to promote better high early strengths. Masonry, pipe and dry cast products manufactured using POLYCAST 806 have a better appearance (medium to heavy swipe depending on materials) and are less abrasive on mold equipment.

APPLICATIONS
APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS- POLYCAST 806 addition rates range from 2 to 8 ounces per 100 pounds (130 to 525 mL per 100 kg) of cement.
- For best results, POLYCAST 806 should be dispensed separately into the mix after 70% to 80% of the initial batch water.
- POLYCAST 806 should never be allowed to come into direct contact with dry cement.
- Allow POLYCAST 806 to mix two minutes for maximum efficiency.
