GENERAL DESCRIPTION
RiLube Pro-1 is a concentrated Extreme Pressure Lubricant that is non-toxic and biodegradable. RiLube Pro-1 is highly dispersible lubricant that will not only reduce Torque and increase ROP, but also optimize key properties of the mud system due to its compatibility with other drilling additives. RiLube Pro-1 excels in extended reach-highly deviated wells with a low treatment rate typically around 1-1.5%. RiLube Pro-1 exhibits unmatched thermal stability with no adverse effects to the system and will tolerate high solids situations without increasing the Rheology.

Recommendations
APPLICATIONS & BENEFITSTorque and Drag: 1.0-3.0% by volume. Maintenance is achieved by adding 0.5- 1 drum per 24 hour period or as needed to achieve lubricity goals or to increase ROP.
Sliding Pills: 3-5% by volume can be added directly to the suction pit or sent in sliding pills to reduce torque and increase ROP
Stuck Pipe: Can be spotted in its concentrated form (if density is not a safety concern) across the zone where drill pipe is stuck. Sufficient soaking time should be allowed while tension and torque is applied to the drill string and worked up and down to free the stuck pipe.
