EvoTek 2000

Riteks EvoTek™ 2000 is a normal setting high-range water-reducing (HRWR) admixture for concrete utilizing polycarboxylate technology. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of ready-mixed concrete that is highly flowable and workable for extended periods of time with normal setting characteristics. EvoTek 2000 is ideally suited for use in self consolidating concrete mixes. EvoTek 2000 reduces water content (12-40%) needed for a given workability. Features and Benefits

A-Train FF

A-Train FF is a specialty solution of selected surfactants for use as an Admixture for Cellular and Pre-Foamed Lightweight Concrete and for use as a Synthetic Air Entraining Admixture for Concrete. When used with a Foam Generator and a suitable water supply, A-Train FF produces a consistent pre-foam that is stable under alkaline conditions and suitable for use in the production of foamed concrete. Foamed concrete results from the controlled addition of a pre-foam to a cement grout or sand/cement mortar. Typically, producers can achieve a range of densities, from 20 to 100 lb/ft³. Foamed concrete is lightweight and highly mobile, able to flow for long distances under its own hydraulic head, and is an ideal material for uses such as void filling, roof screeds and trench reinstatement Features and Benefits

EvoTek 7015

Riteks EvoTek™ 7015 is a high-range water-reducing admixture utilizing new and superior polycarboxylate technology for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of concrete that is highly flowable and workable with greatly accelerated strength characteristics. EvoTek 7015 is ideally suited for ready mix and self consolidating concrete mixes. Features and Benefits

Krystol Mortar Admixture™ (KMA)

Krystol Internal Membrane™ (KIM)

Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) is a hydrophilic crystalline admixture internationally known for making exceptionally durable and watertight concrete. KIM contains advanced Krystol® technology, which drives a catalytic reaction using cement and water to grow a protective crystalline network throughout the concrete’s pores, capillaries, cracks, and micro-cracks. Long-term reactivity provides adaptive self-sealing and self-healing properties that counteract deterioration and allow concrete to maintain its integrity. KIM is non-toxic and meets all requirements of ACI 212.3R as a Permeability Reducing Admixture for Hydrostatic Conditions (PRAH).

Omega V Blend

Omega Blend V is an industry-proven combination of two unique fiber types that, when united, provides a secondary reinforcement structure that is an excellent alternative or replacement for welded wire mesh or light rebar. The engineered blend of carbon steel and our "best-in-class" polypropylene microfiber delivers tight temperature-shrinkage crack control, excellent plastic shrinkage crack prevention, and settlement protection by approximately 70%. The Steel Deck Institute has approved Omega Blend V for use in composite metal deck systems. The fibers are placed into pre-measured water dispersible bags that are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete to assure the owner, contractor, and design professionals an exceptional crack management system. The carbon steel fibers in OMEGA™ Blend V meet the requirements of ASTM A820/A820M, Type V “Standard Specification for Steel Fibers for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and SPECTER™ meets the requirements of ASTM C1116/C1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete” and ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 for plastic shrinkage reinforcement. Features and Benefits

Omega V

Omega V Steel reinforcing fiber is a low carbon, cut sheet, steel fiber. This industry proven fiber provides a reinforcement system that addresses restrained shrinkage in concrete slabs and pavings. The Omega V steel fibers are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete to assure the owner, contractor, and engineer have excellent crack control. The carbon steel fibers in OMEGA™ V meet the requirements of ASTM A820/A820M, Type V “Standard Specification for Steel Fibers for Fiber Reinforced Concrete” and are approved for use in composite metal deck systems by the Steel Deck Institute. Features and Benefits

Omega II

Omega II steel reinforcing fiber is as low carbon, cut sheet, steel fiber. This industry proven fiber provides a reinforcement system that addresses restrained shrinkage in concrete slabs. The OMEGA II steel fibers are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete to assure the owner, contractor, and engineer have excellent crack control. The carbon steel fibers in OMEGA™ II meet the requirements of ASTM A820/A820M, Type II “Standard Specification for Steel Fibers for Fiber Reinforced Concrete” and are approved for use in composite metal deck systems by the Steel Deck Institute.
